Dispatch areas must be equipped for -
a) | quartering, marshalling and loading of carcasses; |
b) | collection and transport, avoiding cross or contra flow, of used roller-hooks to the sanitation facility; and |
c) | sterilisation of saws and other cutting utensils. |
