(1) | The Minister may in writing and on such conditions as he or she may deem fit delegate any power conferred upon or duty assigned to him or her by this Act, excluding any power conferred upon or duty assigned to him or her by sections 4(1)(a) and (b), 5(1), (2)(a) and (4)(c), 9(3), (4), (5), (8) and (9), 10(1), (2) and (3), 12(1) and (2)(a) and (b), 13(3), 14(6), (7), (8) and (9), 15(1)(b) and (c), 16(2), 17(2), 18(3), 19(4), 21(2), 22(1), (5) and (7), 23(3)(a)(i) and (ii), 28(2), 30 and 37 to the Director-General or any other member of the Agency. |
(2) | The Director-General may delegate any power conferred upon or duty assigned to him or her by or under this Act to any other member of the Agency, but not any power or duty delegated under subsection (1). |
