12. Immovable property
Purchase
(1)
The
Agency
may, with the approval of the
Minister
, acquire, hold or dispose of immovable property in the course of its business.
(2)
The Minister must determine the policy and procedure of the Agency with regard to the acquisition and disposal of immovable property.
