28. Resignation and casual appointment of member of Appeal Board

(1)A member of the Appeal Board may resign by giving the Minister one month's written notice of his or her intention to vacate office.

 

(2)A member of the Appeal Board appointed to fill a casual vacancy must hold office for the unexpired portion of the period for which the vacating member was appointed.
