Plant Improvement Act, 2018 (Act No. 11 of 2018)

The Minister may, either generally or in any particular case or in relation to particular property, delegate in writing any function conferred upon the Minister under this Act, except a function referred to in section 58, to the Director-General of the Department, any employee of the Department or any other person.
