(1) | Any member of the Advisory Committee who has a direct or indirect pecuniary interest in a matter being considered at a meeting of the Advisory Committee must, as soon as possible after the relevant facts have come to the member’s knowledge, disclose the nature of the interest at the meeting. |
(2) | A disclosure in terms of subsection (2) must be— |
(a) | recorded in the minutes of the meeting of the Advisory Committee; and |
(b) | made known in any advice given by the Committee in relation to that matter. |
