| 1. | I, Mr G. Mantashe, Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), determine that a maximum retail price for Illuminating Paraffin (excluding the price of any form of packaging) will become effective on the first Wednesday of every month. |
| 2. | The Single Maximum National Retail Price for Illuminating Paraffin, excluding the price of any form of Packaging for the period of 05 February 2025 to 04 March 2025 will be 1 818.00 c/l. |
| 3. | Commencement |
These Regulations shall come into effect at 00:01 on 05 February 2025.
