Payment of Members of Parliament Act, 1994 (Act No. 6 of 1994)

The amount payable in respect of remuneration and allowances in terms of this Act shall be charged annually to the National Revenue Fund, and the provisions of this section shall be deemed to be an appropriation of every such amount.
