(1)The appointment of the President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Research Foundation specified in Section 10 of the Act shall be made in concurrence with the Minister.

 

(2)The Chief Executive Officer must enter into a performance agreement with the Board within three months of taking up his or her post as CEO.
