3. Application of Act

1)This Act extends to the Prince Edward Islands as defined in section 1 of the Prince Edward Islands Act, 1948 (Act No. 43 of 1948).

 

2)In its application to those islands, transport between the Republic and the Prince Edward Islands is not international transport.
