53. Fidelity scheme for housing loans

The fidelity scheme for housing loans for magistrates shall be the fidelity scheme which is applicable to a Deputy Director in the Public Service: Provided that the basis of calculation shall be the magistrate’s gross salary as on the date of application for a guarantee.
