Wine of Origin Scheme

14X. Requirements for moscato

Moscato shall—

 

(a) also be a wine of origin;

 

(b) comply with the requirements for moscato as set out in the regulations made under the Act; and

 

(c) not reveal any unacceptable quality characteristics.
