Housing Consumers Protection Measures Act, 1998 (Act No. 95 of 1998)

The home builder shall submit to the Council a copy of the second phase of a geo-technical investigation of the project providing the soil classification of the project on a stand by stand basis and the recommendations from competent persons for compliance of the project with the NHBRC technical requirements.
