2. Prescribed manner in which a service may apply to be recognised as a designated service

(1)The Chief Executive Officer in control of a service may in a letter addressed to the Director-General: Planning and Provincial Affairs, Private Bag X644, Pretoria, 0001, apply that such service be recognised as a designated service.

 

(2)The Chief Executive Officer in control of a service may delegate the power vested in him under subregulation (1).
