(1) | The Chief Executive Officer in control of a service may in a letter addressed to the Director-General: Planning and Provincial Affairs, Private Bag X644, Pretoria, 0001, apply that such service be recognised as a designated service. |
(2) | The Chief Executive Officer in control of a service may delegate the power vested in him under subregulation (1). |
