The purpose of these regulations is to set out—

 

2.1the process for  requesting a non-binding advisory opinion contemplated in section 79A of the Act;

 

2.2the legal status of a non-binding advisory opinion; and

 

2.3the fees payable for a non-binding advisory opinion.
