91.07.21 Passenger health and safety

(1)The PIC of an aircraft shall notify air traffic control where it appears that any person displays the symptoms and signs of a communicable disease as provided in Document SA-CATS 91.

 

(2)The owner or operator of an aircraft shall establish procedures for—
(a)evaluation by flight crew member or cabin crew member of a person who displays the symptoms referred to in subregulation (1); and
(b)notification of the air traffic control by the PIC of a suspected case as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 91.
