(1) | The PIC of an aircraft shall notify air traffic control where it appears that any person displays the symptoms and signs of a communicable disease as provided in Document SA-CATS 91. |
(2) | The owner or operator of an aircraft shall establish procedures for— |
(a) | evaluation by flight crew member or cabin crew member of a person who displays the symptoms referred to in subregulation (1); and |
(b) | notification of the air traffic control by the PIC of a suspected case as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 91. |
