65.14.6 Application for validation of Grade Two air traffic service instructor (operational) rating

An application for the validation of a Grade Two air traffic service instructor (operational) rating shall be—

(a)made to the Director in the appropriate prescribed form; and
(b)accompanied by—
(i)the appropriate certificate of competency as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 65, signed by a validation examiner;
(ii)the air traffic service licence and rating held by the applicant; and
(iii)the appropriate fee as prescribed in Part  187.
