Civil Aviation Act, 2009 (Act No. 13 of 2009)

An applicant for the issuing of a Grade Two air traffic service instructor (operational) rating shall—

(a)	be not less than 21 years of age;

(b)	hold a valid air traffic service licence;

(c)	hold at least one valid air traffic service rating; and

(d)	have successfully completed the training referred to in regulation 65.14.2.
