61.12.3 Theoretical knowledge examination for Grade III Aeroplane Flight Instructor Rating

(1) An applicant for a Grade III Aeroplane Flight Instructor Rating must have passed the appropriate written examination, conducted by the Authority, as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 61.

 

(2) An applicant, who is the holder of a flight instructor rating in another category of aircraft, shall be exempted from that portion of the theoretical knowledge examinations dealing with matters of a common nature already passed.
