36.02.6 Issue of a noise certificate

A noise certificate of an aircraft shall be issued on the appropriate form if—

(a)the applicant complies with Regulation 36.02.5;
(b)the aircraft has been registered in terms of Part 47 and the certificate of registration has been issued; and
(c)the Director has determined that the noise information presented in terms of regulation 36.02.5(2)(a)(ii) or Regulation 36.02.5(2)(b)(i), as the case may be, complies with the noise standards referred to in regulation 36.02.2.
