24.03.1 Application

(1)An application for the approval of a manufacturing or assembling organisation shall meet those provisions of Part 148, which the Director considers to be applicable.

 

(2)An application for the approval of a maintenance organisation or repair facility shall meet those provisions of Part 145, which the Director considers to be applicable.
