Civil Aviation Act, 2009 (Act No. 13 of 2009)

Each inspection and overhaul required for export airworthiness approval of a Class I and a Class II product shall be carried out and approved by—

(a)	the manufacturer of the product;

(b)	an AMO approved by the Director in terms of Part 145; or

(c)	an operator, if the product is maintained under the operator's continued airworthiness maintenance programme and maintenance manual.
