(1) | An AIS provider shall— |
(a) | ensure that its manual of procedure is amended so as to remain current; |
(b) | ensure that any amendments made to AIS provider manual of procedure meet the applicable requirements of this Part and comply with the amendment procedures contained in its AIS holder's certificate; |
(c) | submit to the Director for approval, any amendment to AIS provider manual of procedure. |
(2) | Where any of the changes referred to in subregulation (1) requires an amendment to a certificate, an AIS provider shall forward such certificate to the Director within 28 working days. |
