(1) | An AIS certificate shall be valid for a period of one year, calculated from the date of issuing or renewal thereof. |
(2) | A certificate shall remain in force until it expires or is suspended or cancelled in terms of these Regulations. |
(3) | A holder of a certificate which expires or is cancelled, shall, within 30 days from the date of expiry or cancellation, surrender such certificate to the Director. |
