175.02.11 Documentation

(1)An AIS provider shall provide each AIS unit listed in its manual of procedure with copies of the documentation as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 175.

 

(2)An AIS provider shall ensure that—
(a)documentation referred to in subregulation (1) is reviewed and authorised by appropriate personnel before issue;
(b) current issues of relevant documentation are available to personnel at all locations where they need access to such documentation for the provision of the services listed in its manual of procedure referred to in regulation 175.02.1;
(c)obsolete documentation is removed from all points of issue or use;
(d)changes to documentation are reviewed and approved by appropriate personnel; and
(e)a current version of each item of documentation can be identified to preclude the use of obsolete editions.
