172.01.6 Safety inspections and audits

(1)An applicant for an ATSU approval shall permit an ATS inspector to carry out such safety inspections and audits which may be necessary to verify the validity of any application made in terms of regulation 172.03.5.

 

(2)The holder of an ATSU approval shall permit an ATS inspector to carry out such safety inspections and audits which may be necessary to determine compliance with the appropriate requirements prescribed in this part.
