Civil Aviation Act, 2009 (Act No. 13 of 2009)

(1)	Subject to the provisions of subregulation (2), a design organisation approval shall not be transferable.

(2)	A change in ownership of the holder of an approval shall be deemed to be a change of significance referred to in regulation 147 .02.12.
