Civil Aviation Act, 2009 (Act No. 13 of 2009)

An application for the issuing of an AMO approval, or an amendment thereof, shall be—

(a)	made to the Director in the appropriate from as prescribed by the Director; and

(b)	accompanied by—

(i)	the appropriate fee as prescribed in Part 187; and

(ii)	the manual of procedure referred to in regulation 145.02.1.
