145.02.18 Drug and substance abuse management plan

(1)A holder of an AMO approval shall develop and implement a drug and substance abuse management Plan to address drug and alcohol issues in relation to their potential effect on aviation safety.

 

(2)A plan referred to in subregulation (1) shall include the elements as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 145.
