(1) | The types of approved aerodromes are— |
(a) | Type A - an aerodrome where a non-scheduled passenger operation takes place and where a number of aircraft movements are less than 1000 in the busiest consecutive three months; |
(b) | Type B - an aerodrome where Part 61 training takes place, excluding any training for gliders and balloons; and |
(c) | Type C - an aerodrome that is in the proximity of existing facilities or another aerodrome, where operations may conflict with or create a hazard to operations. |
