(1) | The Executive responsible for Aircraft Accident and Incident investigation shall establish and maintain an accident and incident database to facilitate the analysis of information on actual or potential safety deficiencies and to determine any preventive action required. |
(2) | The Executive responsible for Aircraft Accident and Incident investigation shall make an accident and incident database referred to in subregulation (1) accessible for the implementation of the SSP to support safety responsibilities. |
(3) | The Executive responsible for Aircraft Accident and Incident investigation may include any additional information on which to base a preventive action in a final report on an accident or incident that has been investigated. |
(4) | Executive responsible for Aircraft Accident and Incident investigation may, in addition to a safety recommendation arising from accident or incident investigation, issue a safety recommendation resulting from any other source, including a safety study. |
