(1) | The Executive responsible for aircraft accident and incident investigation shall, on request from a State conducting an investigation of an aircraft accident or incident, provide that State with all the relevant information available to him or her. |
(2) | The Executive responsible for aircraft accident and incident investigation shall, on request from the State conducting the investigation, provide pertinent information on an organisation whose activities may have directly or indirectly influenced the operation of the aircraft. |
(3) | When an aircraft involved in an accident or a serious incident lands in a State other than a State of Occurrence, where the Republic is a State of Registry or a State of an Operator, the Executive responsible for Aircraft Accident and Incident investigation shall, on request from a State conducting an investigation, furnish such State with flight recorder records and, if necessary, an associated flight recorder. |
