(1) | The operator shall establish procedures for the carriage of inadmissible passengers, deportees or persons in custody to ensure the safety of the helicopter and its occupants. |
(2) | The pilot-in-command of the helicopter shall be notified by the operator of such helicopter prior to departure, of the intended carriage and the reason for carriage, of any of the persons referred to in subregulation (1). |
(3) | For the purposes of this regulation, "inadmissible passenger" means any person who is not entitled to board the helicopter and includes those persons who are not in the possession of a valid passenger ticket, passport, or visa. |
