(1) | No air service operator shall operate an aeroplane in terms of this Part unless the operator is the holder of and complies with the conditions of a valid AOC including the operations specifications attached thereto and an air services licence issued in terms of the Air Services Licensing Act, No. 115 of 1990, or the International Air Services Act, No. 60 of 1993. |
(2) | The holder of an AOC shall not wet lease in more than fifty percent of its entire fleet nor more than fifty percent of the aeroplane type in the fleet having the greatest MCM. |
(3) | The operations specifications of an AOC shall contain a record of at least the type, model or series, and registration of each aeroplane approved for use by an operator. |
