(1) | The Director shall not grant an exemption under this Part to a person in the same or similar terms as an exemption previously granted under this Part to that person unless the person— |
(a) | applies, in accordance with regulation 11.04.2, for the extension of the exemption; and |
(b) | includes with the application a statement of the additional reasons why the extension is necessary. |

(2) | The Director may grant an extension to an exemption under such conditions and for such period which the Director may determine, which may not exceed 180 days. |
(3) | An application for the extension of exemption shall be accompanied by the fees prescribed in Part 187. |
(4) | The provisions of regulations 11.04.2 to 11.04.4 apply with the necessary changes in relation to the consideration of an application mentioned in subregulation (1). |
