114.14.1 Incident reporting obligation

(1) An air carrier shall report an incident, immediately upon occurrence, to the Director telephonically and thereafter submit a written incident report within 48 hours of an occurrence of an incident as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 114.

 

(2 ) An air carrier is prohibited from reporting any incident directly to ICAO or any foreign Authority.
