Civil Aviation Act, 2009 (Act No. 13 of 2009)

An application for a certificate of approval as screening organisation and renewal of such a certificate of approval shall—

(a)	be made to the Director in the prescribed form;

(b)	be accompanied by duplicate copies of operations manual referred to in regulation 101.03.1 (2); and

(c)	be accompanied by appropriate fee or fees as prescribed in Part 187.
