(1) | The Director shall maintain a register of all screener certificates issued in terms of this part. |
(2) | A register of screener certificates shall contain the following particulars: |
(a) | full names of a screener; |
(b) | physical and postal addresses of a screener; |
(c) | date on which a Certificate was issued; |
(d) | identity number of a Screener; |
(e) | organisation in which a screener is employed; |
(f) | certificate number; and |
(g) | micro-chip number of an ex plosive detective dog. |

(3) | Particulars referred to in subregulation (2) shall be recorded in the register within seven days from the date on which the certificate is issued. |
(4) | A register of screener certificates shall be kept at the premises of the Authority. |
