Civil Aviation Act, 2009 (Act No. 13 of 2009)

(1)	No screener shall perform the functions afforded by a screener certificate unless such screener maintains competency by complying with the requirements prescribed in this part.

(2)	A screener who is absent from screening duties for the extended period as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 110 shall undergo refresher training as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 110.
