Each person making a parachute descent from an unpressurised aircraft shall—
(a) | if between an altitude of FL 120 and FL 170 for longer than 30 minutes continuously, use supplementary oxygen; |
(b) | if between an altitude of FL 150 and FL 180 for longer than 15 minutes continuously, use supplementary oxygen until immediately prior to exiting the aircraft and has received instruction on the use of oxygen equipment and the effects of Hypoxia; and |
(c) | if between an altitude of FL 180 or higher for more than 10 minutes continuously, use supplementary oxygen until immediately prior to exiting the aircraft. |
