101.05.19 Flight operations

(1)A UAS shall be operated in such a way that safe separation from other aircraft is maintained and that adequate obstacle clearance is ensured during all phases of the flight.

 

(2)A pilot of a UA shall ensure that a take-off and landing area is safe and of appropriate dimensions, free from obstacles and has adequate surface conditions, with regard to the type of operation, the size of an aircraft, aircraft's performance, and external factors.
