A person shall not operate a UA over a public road, along the length of a public road, or at a distance of less than 50 m from a public road unless—
(a) | such person is a holder of a UASOC and such operation has been approved by the Director; |
(b) | in the case of operations over a public road, such road has been closed for public use; and |
(c) | reasonable care has been taken to ensure the safety of road users and pedestrians in the event of a loss of control of such UAS. |
