(1) | A UAS shall not be operated within the Republic, unless such UAS has been issued with a UASLA by the Director. |
(2) | An application for the issuance or renewal of a UASLA shall be made to the Director on the appropriate form and be accompanied by the appropriate fee as prescribed in Part 187. |
(3) | The Director shall issue a UASLA if an applicant complies with the requirements prescribed in regulation 101.02.2. |
(4) | A UASLA shall be valid for a period of 12 months. |
