(1) | Agrément South Africa must establish and maintain a register of the applications rejected and certificates issued, amended, suspended, reinstated, withdrawn and renewed. |
(2) | Agrément South Africa must make the register available to the public on its website. |
(3) | Agrément South Africa must by notice in the Gazette publish the details to be recorded in the register. |
(4) | A certificate holder must, in writing, notify Agrément South Africa of changes to its details recorded in such register within 30 days after such a change. |
