8. Keeping of register

(1) Agrément South Africa must establish and maintain a register of the applications rejected and certificates issued, amended, suspended, reinstated, withdrawn and renewed.

 

(2) Agrément South Africa must make the register available to the public on its website.

 

(3) Agrément South Africa must by notice in the Gazette publish the details to be recorded in the register.

 

(4) A certificate holder must, in writing, notify Agrément South Africa of changes to its details recorded in such register within 30 days after such a change.
