| (1) | A member of the Board, other than a person who is in the employ of an organ of state and in receipt of a salary from public funds, must receive such remuneration and allowances as the Minister, with the concurrence of the Minister responsible for finance, may determine. |
| (2) | Members of the Board who are employed by an organ of state must be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses. |
